PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT FOR YOUTH To increase the number of permanently employed youth in each targeted municipality by 25% in the 1st 5 years from the start of the programmes, and to 50% in the next 5 years.
- EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND MENTORSHIP To increase the number of formally qualified individuals and work readiness in youth, for each targeted municipality by 25% in the 1st 5 years from the start of the programmes, and to 50% in the next 5 years.

- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Development of new sustainable industries, and be the largest producer and supplier of biofuel products and or green energy in Africa by 2036, including waste management for local municipalities, and getting the tribal land owners and emerging farmers involved in the biodiversity stewardship. SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT Continuously raise funds to address woman and child abuse issue in rural areas, also initiating and or supporting national food biosecurity programme by implementing food stamps programme as part of poverty alleviation strategy, including looking at ways of benefiting individuals or communities who are not directly employed by MOKHA INVESTMENT INDUSTRIES PTY LTD.
